  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand. For all international orders please contact us to check shipping details based on your location.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Once an order is confirmed please note there is a 1-3 day turnaround from purchase to shipping confirmation.
  • What if I need to change my address after my order is confirmed?
    If you find your address is wrong or need to change it, please contact us ASAP. We must be informed of this before goods are shipped. Once your order has been shipped there is not a lot we can do.
  • Can I pick up from Colour State direct or drop off returned items?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this as currently our business is only based online.
  • Do you offer a gift service?
    You can send orders as a gift, if required be sure to update to the desired delivery address and receiver’s name. Unfortunately, we cannot offer gift wrapping at this stage.
  • How can I pay for my items?
    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal for all orders made through our website. Once payment is received, orders will be packed and shipped.
  • Can I view prices in my currency?
    All prices on Colour State website can only be viewed in AUD.
  • What happens if an item I want is out of stock? Will you restock it?
    If an item you want is out of stock please let us know. Stock of the item you're after may be on the way and we can put you on our waiting list and let you know as soon as its back online.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Please contact info@colourstate.com ASAP. We do have a handling time so if needing to cancel an order please contact as quickly as possible before items are shipped. This only applies to full priced items purchased in one transaction.
  • Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
    Currently we do not offer Gift Vouchers but is something we hope to offer in the near future.
  • What do I do if my item is damaged?
    All our orders are packed with care, thoroughly checked during the packing process and wrapped in tissue paper with love. If parcel is opened incorrectly or damage has been caused in the opening process, we cannot offer refund or exchange for such occurrences.
  • Can I return item/s purchased during a sale?
    Unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange any sale items, only full priced items which meet requirements outlined in our return and exchange policy.
  • How can I contact Colour State?
    We currently do not have a contact number but all enquires can be made via email at info@colourstate.com. Our small, dedicated team we will get back to all enquires as quickly as possible.
  • How do I know what size is suitable for my bed?
    Please view the size charts on our product pages for dimensions.
  • How do I care for my items?
    All items come with care labels attached on inside of each product. Our care labels have been carefully determined for easy care and best washing requirements suited to our fabrics.
  • Are all of your products the same colour as they appear online?
    We have carefully photographed all of our products to ensure true representation of textures and colours. However, some variances may occur depending on your screen/device.
